Cherry Cream Cheese Bake
If you are a cherry lover, this cream cheese bake will blow your mind. After a good meal, we love to have a nice sweet dessert. Check out the recipe of this beauty!
You’ll Need:
1 can of cherry pie filling.
8 oz cream cheese.
½ cup of powdered sugar.
1 tube of crescent rolls.
½ stick of butter.
2 tbsps of vanilla.
½ cup of granulated sugar.
How to:
In a greased 8×8 baking dish, layer half of the crescent rolls.
Blend the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls evenly and top with cherry pie filling.
Top with the 4 triangles left of the crescent rolls. Melt the butter and pour it over the top. And sprinkle granulated sugar over the top.
In a preheated oven to 375° bake for 25 minutes and Voila!
Simple, easy and sweet! When I make this, there’s never any leftovers! We eat the whole thing. Give it a shot, you’ll thank me later.

Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls
My sister came over yesterday, and she brought us these amazing balls. At first I didn’t know what I was eating I just love it, and then she told me her recipe, I was surprised!
You’ll Need (for the balls):
½ cup of peanut butter.
3 tbsps of soft butter.
1 tsp of vanilla.
1 cup of Rice Krispies.
½ cup of chopped pecans.
1 cup of shredded coconut.
You’ll Need (for the chocolate):
1 package of chocolate chips.
1 square of sweet chocolate.
How to:
In a large bowl, mix the ingredients of the balls together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form balls and refrigerate for another hour.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with the sweet chocolate then drop the balls into chocolate one at a time to coat. Use a fork to make it easier.
Arrange the balls on parchment paper and freeze to set.
Enjoy!

Chicken Tortilla Crockpot Soup
If you are looking for a recipe for a good healthy and delicious soup, you came to the right place. This chicken tortilla crockpot soup is from top of the list! Check it out.
You’ll Need:
1 pound of cooked and shredded chicken.
1 (15 ounce) can of mashed whole peeled tomatoes.
1 (10 ounce) can of enchilada sauce.
1 medium chopped onion.
1 (4 ounce) can of chopped green chile peppers.
2 minced cloves of garlic.
1 (14.5 ounce) can of chicken broth.
2 cups of water.
1 tsp of cumin.
1 tsp of chili powder.
1 tsp of salt.
¼ tsp of black pepper.
1 bay leaf.
1 (10 ounce) package of frozen corn.
1 (15 ounce) can of rinsed black beans.
1 tbsp of chopped cilantro.
7 corn tortillas.
Vegetable oil.
How to:
In a slow cooker, add the chicken, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, onion, green chiles and garlic. Mix to coat and pour the water and chicken broth over the chicken. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Mix in the corn beans and cilantro.
Cook cover on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
In a baking sheet, spread the tortillas strips after you brush both sides with oil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 400°.
Before serving, sprinkle the tortilla chips over the hot soup and Voila!

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Biscuits
If you want something different for breakfast or snacks for your kids, you should try this cracker barrel old country store! Very simple and easy to make, and it tastes really good.
You’ll Need:
2 ¼ cups of Bisquick.
⅔ cup of buttermilk.
1 tsp of sugar.
1 tbsp of melted butter.
Melted butter for brushing.
How to:
In a bowl, mix together the Bisquick, buttermilk and sugar and add in the melted butter. Stir to get a soft dough.
On a floured work surface, knead the dough 20 times.
Roll the dough ½ thick and cut out into 2’ rounds.
In an ungreased baking sheet, place the rounds close together and brush the tops with melted butter.
In a preheated oven to 450°, bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Once ready, brush the tops with melted butter again while still hot.

Sometimes fewer ingredients make the best things! Just like this 3 ingredients pudding cake. It’s super easy to make and it tastes like heaven! Check out how it’s made.
You’ll Need:
3 small packages of instant pudding.
8 oz of thawed cool whip.
1 box of graham crackers.
How to:
Prepare the instant pudding packages as directed and lay out graham crackers in a 9×13 pan and spread half the pudding on top.
Add a second layer of graham crackers and cover with the rest of the pudding.
Top with cool whip and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Cut before serving and enjoy!

Jalapeno Popper Dip
In my family, we value dip so much! Sometimes we make one every day. Yesterday, I made this jalapeno popper dip, it was awesome. Check out the recipe.
You’ll Need:
1 (4 oz) can of diced well drained jalapenos.
1 (8 oz) package of softened cream cheese.
1 cup of sour cream.
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
¾ cup + ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese.
1 cup of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs.
4 tbsps of melted butter or margarine.
1 tbsp of dried parsley.
How to:
Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined and mix in the cheddar cheese, ¾ cup of parmesan cheese and diced jalapenos until well combined.
In an 8×8 baking dish, spread the mixture evenly.
In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, melted butter, ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese and dried parsley until crumbly and sprinkle over the creamy mixture.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 15 minutes and Voila!

Cheesy Ground Beef Rice Casserole
Every housewife knows that ground beef goes perfectly with rice and cheese! This is my recipe for a very cheesy ground beef rice casserole! Check it out, it’s very delicious.
You’ll Need:
1 lb of ground beef.
2 diced onions.
2 tsps of garlic powder.
1 small can of tomato sauce.
1 cup of cooked rice.
1 cup of chicken broth.
1 cup of sour cream.
2 cups of shredded cheese.
Salt, pepper and oregano.
1 cup of frozen peas.
How to:
In a sprayed skillet over high heat, roast the onions for a few minutes and mix in the ground beef and garlic. Brown the ground beef then turn down the heat to medium and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Mix in the rice, peas, tomato sauce, 1 cup of cheese and broth and let simmer for 3 minutes.
Put the mixture in a casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven to 350° for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheese and sour cream mixture over the top and bake for 15 more minutes.

It doesn’t have to be hard or complicated to make a nice delicious cake. This amazing cake tastes like heaven! Check it out.
You’ll Need:
1 package of devil’s food chocolate cake or german chocolate cake mix.
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk.
1 jar of caramel topping.
1 (8 oz) tub of cool whip.
4-5 snickers bar or mini reeses.
How to:
First prepare and bake the cake according to the package instructions in a 9×13 pan and set aside for like 5 minutes.
Poke holes into the cake with a handle of a wooden spoon and let cool for 30 minutes.
Once warm, pour the condensed milk slowly over the cake then top with caramel.
Once the cake is cooled completely you can top it with cool whip and some candy.

Cowboy Casserole
I love making casseroles with tater tots. And if it were for my kids, they’ll make me prepare these casseroles everyday! Check out this lovely cowboy casserole.
You’ll Need:
1 ½ pounds of ground beef.
1 chopped medium onion.
3 chopped cloves of garlic.
1 can (15.25 oz) of drained whole kernel corn.
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup.
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
½ cup of milk.
4 tbsps of sour cream.
1 (30 oz) bag of frozen tater tots.
How to:
Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook the onion in a large skillet and mix in the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the beef and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain off the fat and transfer to a large bowl.
Mix together the soup, milk and sour cream in a small bowl until well combined then pour over the hamburger mixture and mix. Mix in the corn and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Layer half of the crispy crowns on the bottom of the dish and spread all the hamburger mixture on top. Add a second layer of the tater tots and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and Voila!
Easy, peasy and cheesy! The tater tots go perfectly with the ground beef and sour cream. You should give this a try, you won’t regret it.

You’ll Need:
8 Eggland’s best eggs.
½ cup of half & half cream.
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
1 cup of finely chopped fully cooked ham.
¼ cup of finely chopped green onion.
¼ cup of finely chopped onion.
How to:
Preheat the oven to 400° and grease a 9 inch square baking dish.
Mix together the eggs and cream in a large bowl and mix in the cheese, ham, green pepper and onion.
Pour the mixture in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

Southern Fried Apples
I don’t know if you’ve tried this before, but these southern fried apples are a must-try! Super easy to make and it will make a perfect side dish, especially for gravy!
You’ll Need:
1 pound of peeled and cored apples cut into slices.
1 tbsp of butter.
2 tbsps of granulated or light brown sugar.
½ tsp of ground cinnamon.
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional).
The amount of the sugar used in this recipe depends on the type of the apples you choose.
How to:
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and stir in the apple slices.
Let cook for a few minutes stirring occasionally then add the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Cook for 5 minutes covered. Once the apples are tender, uncover and cook to thicken the juices.
Feel free to add 1 tbsp of water if you think the juice is too little.
Once the syrup is thickened let cool a bit before serving and voila!
Easy, peasy and sweet! I don’t use a lot of sugar as I don’t like these fried apples too sweet, but feel free to add as much sugar as you like!

Southern Style Cabbage Soup
My favorite soups are the crazy ones! Those with a lot of ingredients! It’s just a melting pot of flavors. Check out this amazing southern style cabbage soup.
You’ll Need:
1 small head of chopped cabbage.
2 lbs of lean ground beef.
2 cans of stewed or diced tomatoes.
1 can of rotel.
2 (8 oz) cans of tomato sauce.
1 large chopped onion.
4 stalks of finely chopped celery.
1 small finely chopped bell pepper.
Diced potatoes.
2 tbsp of salsa (optional).
Knorr beef broth (3 cups).
Cayenne pepper.
Chili powder.
4 cloves of garlic.
Paprika.
A pinch of salt.
Black pepper.
A dash of Tony Chachere’s creole.
A dash of Old Bay seasoning.
A dash of salt-free Mrs Dash.
How to:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic and remove from the skillet.
In the same skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off the grease.
Toss the cabbage in 4 tbsps of butter until tender then add the rest of the ingredients and cook until potatoes are soft.
In a large pot, mix all of the ingredients together and cook until the potatoes are done.
Enjoy!
Easy, peasy and yummy! The thing about this soup, is that I never use the same ingredients twice! Feel free to add anything you like such as green beans, corn, lentils or any other vegetable.
