Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake












Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 ranch dressing mix (dry powder)
14 medium potatoes, cubed
3 chicken breast, cubed
2 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup crumbled bacon
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 tsp black pepper

How to make it : 
Preheat oven to 500°F.

Spray 9×12" baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine oil, salt, pepper and ranch dressing mix.
∙1/2 cupolive oil
∙1 tspsalt
∙1 ranch dressing mix (dry powder)
∙1 tspblack pepper

Add the potatoes to the oil mixture and toss well. Spoon potatoes into a large baking dish. Leave as much oil mixture behind as possible.
∙14 medium potatoes, cubed

Roast potatoes until crispy, about 1 hr. Stirring every 15 minutes.

Cut raw chicken into bite size pieces. Add to oil mixture and toss well.
∙3 chicken breast, cubed

In a separate bowl mix the cheese, bacon and onion.
∙2 1/2 cupshredded cheese
∙1 cupcrumbled bacon
∙1 cupgreen onions, chopped

When potatoes are crispy, remove from oven. Lower temperature to 400°F.

Top potatoes with raw chicken & cheese mixture. Bake for another 15-20.
∙2 1/2 cupshredded cheese
∙1 cupcrumbled bacon
∙1 cupgreen onions, chopped

Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing and enjoy

Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Casserole















2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups cooked rice
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup (or you use 1 can each cream of chicken and cream of mushroom)
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter

How to make it :
Cook onion in butter in large skillet until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and cook just until cheese is melted.
Put in 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350 (uncovered) for 1 hour.
To make ahead and freeze: Mix all ingredients together (start with your rice cooked, not raw) and spoon into two or even three smaller casserole dishes, cover, label and freeze. If you thaw overnight, just cook the one hour. If cooking from frozen state, add ten minutes or so, check for doneness.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler














8 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
1/4 cup boiling water
MIX TOGETHER:
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to make it :
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine peaches, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly, and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend in butter with your fingertips, or a pastry blender, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in water until just combined.
Remove peaches from oven, and drop spoonfuls of topping over them. Sprinkle entire cobbler with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake until topping is golden, about 30 minutes.

Homemade Hawaiian King Rolls & Loaf
















Ingredients: 

6 cups all-purpose flour plus
 1/2 cup flour additional year, divided 
3 eggs 
2 cups pineapple juice, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 (1/4 ounce) envelopes yeast
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) butter, melted

Directions : 

1-In a small bowl, beat your 3 eggs. Add the 2 cups pineapple juice, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter.2-Measure 3 cups of the flour into a broad bowl. 
Stir in your egg mixture up to well-combined. Sprinkle in the yeast packets, one at a time, mixing well.3-Add the remaining 3 cups of flour and mix well.
 If it Becomes to difficulties to stir with a wooden spoon, just use your hands! Make safe all of the flour is well incorporated, the dough shoulds be tacky to the touch but not overly sticky. 
If it Appears too wet, sprinkle in a bit of extra flour, just a tablespoon or so at a time. 
Cover your bowl with a clean kitchen towel and set it in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.4-Remove your dough from the bowl and knead in an additional ½ cup of flour. IN kneaded mine 10 to 15 times, making the sour flour Was well incorporated. 
Form the dough into rolls, and / or loaf. Place in buttered pans. Cover and place in warm place to rise for an additional hour, or up to the dough doubles in size.Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or up to golden brown. Brush tops with melted butter, and serve warm!

Easy Crock Pot Cherry Dump Cake















Ingredients :

21 oz can Cherry Pie Filling
1 yellow cake mix
½ cup butter, melted

Directions :

Cherry Pie filling into greased crock pot
Combine dry cake mix and butter up to crumbly, sprinkle over cherry filling
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
5. Serve with ice cream

1/2 cup bread crumbs or crushed saltines if you don 't have the saltines around2 pounds ground meat (beef, sausage, turkey or a mix)1 egg3 cloves crushed garlic1 small onion, choppedsalt and pepper to taste1/4 cup ketchup (or BBQ sauce)2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce4 slices cheese swiss cheese 1/4 cup shredded colby and 1/4 cup monterey jack &some ketchup (or BBQ sauce) for the top

Directions :
Preheat oven to 350 °. 
Spray loaf pan non stick cooking spray With.In a large bowl, mix together meats, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, onion, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. 
Do not over mix, just Mix with your hands Until everything is well combined.Split in half meat mixture.Place half in the pan. Layer the cheese slices With the shredded cheese andTop With second half of the meat mixture, then a go around the edges and make sure you seal the meatloaf to keep the cheese inside.Pour ketchup (or BBQ sauce) over the top and then a bake for 60 minutes or Until acerca meat is done.

Oreo Cream Pie












Ingredients :

1 1/2 Cup half and half
1 large Box Vanilla instant pudding
1 8oz Cool Whip
Pack of Oreo cookies
1/4 Cup butter

Directions :

Crush roughly half pack of Oreos and add the melted butter to it. Press down in pie pan to form crust.

Whisk together pudding mix and half and half for about 2 mins. Let set for a few minutes. Crush other half of cookies and fold them and cool whip into pudding mixture. Spoon into our crust and spread evenly. Chill in fridge or freezer for about 4 hours before serving. Enjoy

Southern Fried Cabbage












Ingredients :

5-6 strips of bacon
1 head cabbage, sliced
1 onion, diced
¼ cup chicken broth (I use low sodium broth)
1 tsp vinegar (optional)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions :

In large skillet, (I use cast iron) fry the bacon until crispy, remove to a paper towel to drain
Place chopped cabbage and onion in the skillet with the bacon fat over medium heat and cook until it begins to wilt a bit
Crumble the bacon and add to the pan
Add in the chicken stock,vinegar, salt and pepper, cover and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes
Serve hot (try adding some diced apples, sliced sausage, noodles, or what ever tickles your fancy)
