Best Cheesecake EVER



 Crust
1 Tbsp Butter
20 Nilla Wafers, Crushed
Filling
4 8oz Packages Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste (or Extract)
4 Egg Whites, Whipped
Topping
1 Pint (2 Cups) Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste (or Extract)


How to make it :







 Butter springform pan thoroughly and coat with cookie crumbs.
Using whisk attachment, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla well.
Add whipped egg whites and mix in completely.
Pour cream cheese mixture in springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and increase temperature to 425.
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla then spread over the top of the baked cake.
Return to oven for 5 minutes to set.
Cool on counter for an hour then refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Slice and enjoy!

Do Nothing Cake Recipe






 Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
16 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
Icing:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:




 Place first 6 ingredients in a bowl & mix until blended with spoon.
Pour into 13×9 inch cake pan.
Bake at 350°F 35-40 minutes.
For Icing: Mix butter, sugar and evaporated milk together and cook over medium heat until a little thickened. (This usually takes about 5 minutes at a boil).
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Pour over hot cake.

Omelet Biscuits



1 recipe of my buttermilk biscuits (recipe attached to the photo of the buttermilk biscuits under pictures, near the bottom)
1/4 C. diced deli ham
5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 eggs
2 green onions, chopped whites and greens
1 C. Colby cheese, shredded
1/2 T. butter
additional flour

what you need :






Using my biscuit recipe make it up to the point just before adding in the milk, set aside. In a small skillet, melt the butter and toss in the onions and sauté for a minute or two to soften, add in the 2 eggs and gently stir around to begin scrambling. Remove the eggs when they just begin to set from the heat. To the biscuit mixture add in the bacon, ham, eggs & onions and toss with a fork to combine it all together in the biscuit mixture. Add in the cheese and again, combine well. Slowly begin adding in the buttermilk and using the fork pull it all together to form a soft (it will be somewhat sticky) dough. Grease an iron skillet or baking sheet and preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Using well floured hands pinch off a portion of the biscuit dough and roll in your hands and then place in the pan and lightly flatten the top. Continue with remaining dough. Bake for 15-17 minutes, moving from bottom rack of oven to top when the bottom has begun to brown. Remove and rub the tops of the biscuits with butter.

Cheesy Layered Ground Beef and Pasta Casserole


What You’ll Need :
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 -2 jalapeno pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic (or to taste)
fresh sliced mushrooms, any amount (or use canned, drained)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided (or to taste)
3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (or to taste)
4 cups medium noodles (use any kind of pasta you desire, 4 cups measured after cooking)
1 cup cottage cheese or 1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (optional or to taste) or 2 cups cheddar cheese (optional or to taste)

How to Make It :






Set oven to 350 degrees.
2-Grease a large lasagna dish.
3-Cook the pasta until only firm-tender; drain (it does not have to measure exactly 4 cups cooked, careful not to overcook the pasta as it will cook more in the oven) drain and transfer to a bowl, toss with a couple tablespoons oil to prevent sticking; set aside.
4-In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, jalapenos (if using) mushrooms and minced garlic until meat is brown and cooked stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce salt and pepper, stir until heated through (you can the sauce for up to 45 minutes on low heat).
5-Spread 1/2 meat sauce on bottom of pan.
6-Spread 1/2 noodles on top of sauce.
7-Top noodles with 1 cup mozza cheese.
8-Mix 1 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
9-Spread over mozzeralla cheese.
10-Top with remaining tomato sauce, noodles,and remaining mozza cheese.
11-Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
12-Bake, covered for 20 mins, uncover casserole (at this point you can sprinkle with grated mozzeralla or cheddar cheese if desired).
13-Return to oven to bake for another 10-15 mins, or until bubbly

HOW TO MAKE MAMON




This is one of my all-time favorite foods, After doing some research I found this recipe and I have made it in the past and it is absolutely delicious!


What You’ll Need :

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
8 egg yolks
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup water
8 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup white sugar


How to Make It :





Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F and grease 16 muffin cups.
Stir the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the oil, egg yolks, grated orange peel, vanilla extract, orange juice, and water.
Mix well by until no lumps.
Beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until foamy in a large glass or metal mixing bowl.
Gradually add the 1/2 cup sugar, continuing to beat until soft peaks form.
Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the egg whites will form soft mounds rather than a sharp peak.
Fold the flour mixture into the egg whites. Pour the resulting batter into the prepared muffin cups to about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes.
Cool in the pans for 10-15 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack

BEST BANANA BREAD




Ingredients :
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 medium bananas, sliced
Directions :










Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, fold in the sour cream, walnuts and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely
