what you need;
2 chicken breast fillet thinly sliced
4 bacon rashers sliced
250 g mushrooms sliced
6 tsp French mustard
1 cup parsley chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
2/3 cup white wine
600 mls thickened cream
350 g fettuccini
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 tbs olive oil
how to make it ???
- Boil fettuccine according to the packet directions.
- Splash oil in a pan, bring up the heat and fry bacon and mushrooms for approximately 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Smear the chicken with the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
- Splash a little more oil in the same pan, bring up the heat. Quickly seal the chicken and remove from pan.
- De glaze the pan with the white wine until it boils, then add the cream, parsley, chicken and bacon mixture.
- Add the pasta, cover and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve with basil on top.
