one lb ground mild italian sausage
1/4 cup white onion (chopped finely)
1/4 cup mozzarella (shredded)
one pinch salt & pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
three clove garlic (minced)
three tbsp italian bread crumbs
how to make iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit:
In medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients
Shape meat into balls (slighlty smaller than a golfball) Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs.
Fry meatballs for 15 minutes (turning every 2 mintues and constantly spooning oil on top) or until fully cooked.
