TROPICAL DUMP CAKE




















INGREDIENTS:
1 20 ounce can cubed or crushed pineapple
1 15 ounce can tropical fruit
1 package of orange cake mix
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup instant oatmeal
1 cup coconut flakes


DIRECTIONS :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dump both of the fruits & their juices into a 9 x 12 Pyrex baking dish. Pour the dry
cake mix on top of the fruit & spread out evenly. Mix oatmeal & coconut & sprinkle over cake mixture with fingers.
Melt butter & pour on top evenly. It should cover the entire cake mix. Bake for one hour & serve with ice cream

Crock-Pot Chicken and Stuffing



















Ingredients:
1 lb skinless chicken breast half
1 (6 ounce) packages Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 cup water
1 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed ( 98% fat-free type )
1 cup fat-free chicken broth

Instructions:
Place chicken on bottom of crockpot. Pour broth over the chicken. Mix together the stuffing,
soup, and water, and place on top of the chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours

Squash Patties





















INGREDIENTS:
2 cups yellow squash, finely chopped
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine squash, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in flour. In a skillet, heat ½-inch oil over medium-high heat. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into oil. Cook about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once. Drain patties on paper towels.

Southern Fried Cabbage Recipe



















Ingredients:
12 oz bacon, diced raw
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
black pepper to taste

Instructions: 
Add chopped bacon to a large pot. Cook over medium heat until extra crispy. Remove bacon from pot, leaving the grease. Add cabbage to pot and cook over medium high heat for 10 minutes, Stirring every minute or so. Add onion and continue cooking 5 more minutes, still stirring every minute. Add Worcestershire, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, & brown sugar. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 20 – 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is cooked through. Add cooked bacon to cabbage and taste to adjust seasoning. Serve

CHOCOLATE COBBLER





















INGREDIENTS:
2 sticks butter
1 1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c self rising flour
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c milk
CHOCOLATE LAYER
1 C sugar
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 C boiling water

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350. In a 9×13 pan, melt the two sticks of butter in the oven.

Meanwhile in a bowl, mix together the 1 1/4cups of sugar, flour, vanilla and milk. Once the butter is melted pour the batter over the butter, do not stir.
In a separate bowl mix together the cocoa and remaining sugar.
Sprinkle cocoa/sugar mixture on top of batter. Do not stir.
Pour the 2 cups of boiling water on top of that do not stir and bake for 30-45 minutes. Keep an eye on it after 30 minutes though it will brown quickly. Usually takes 35minutes…

INGREDIENTS:
24 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz chopped green chiles
2 cups cheddar cheese
16 oz sour cream
12 oz deli honey ham, very finely chopped.

Directions :
1.Preheat over to 250
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Bake for 30 minutes ’til hot and bubbly
4. Serve with corn chips or any type of cracker you like.
