ITALIAN CHICKEN POTATO AND GREEN BEAN BAKE RECIPE !!!

3 generous cups red potatoes, quartered 2 cans cut green beans (you could use frozen) 1-1 1/2 lb chicken breasts (4 chicken breasts) 3/4 stick butter, cut into pieces 2 Italian dressing seasoning/mix packets 

How to make iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit:



Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Line one side of the pan with green beans. Cut potatoes up. Line opposite side of pan with the potatoes.
Line the chicken breasts down the middle of the baking dish. Cut butter up and layer over the green
beans, potatoes and chicken. Sprinkle Italian dressing over the entire pan. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour.

1 box chocolate graham crackers (there will be a few graham crackers left over)
2 (3 ¼ -ounce) boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
1 can chocolate frosting
1 cup peanut butter
3 ½ cups milk

How to make iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit :




Spray bottom of 9 x13 pan with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the pan with whole graham crackers. In a bowl using an electric mixer, mix pudding with milk, peanut butter; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Pour half the pudding mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of whole graham crackers on top of pudding layer. Pour over remaining half of pudding mixture and cover with another layer of graham crackers. Heat the container of prepared frosting, uncovered for 1 minute. Pour over top of cake. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
3 cups half-and-half
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread the coconut on a baking sheet and bake it, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, combine the half-and-half, eggs, sugar, flour and salt and mix well. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat, and stir in 3/4 cup of the toasted coconut and the vanilla extract. Reserve the remaining coconut to top the pie.
Pour the filling into the pie shell and chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Top with whipped topping and with the reserved coconut.

FRENCH MEATPIE RECIPE !!!!

 These are regional to french-canadians, 
I grew up on these for every christmas we had to have these. 
There are tons of different recipes-here is mine.
Pie crusts for two pies
5-6 rustic potatoes-cooked and mashed-plain
I start boiling the potatoes while I am making the meat mixture. I don't want them cold.
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 large onion diced
1-2 tablespoons Poultry seasoning (Bells)
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon butter
some milk
S & P

How to Make It






Pre heat oven to 375 Prepare and line the pie crusts on two pie plates In large fry pan melt butter and add onion to cook until translucent. Add ground pork first and cook a couple of minutes then add hamburg and cook until meat is no longer pink. If there is a lot of fat drain some out but leave a little for flavor Add some of the mashed potatoes, just enough to bind the meat together, you might not use all of it. Then ground cloves, S & P , then poultry seasoning. This is to taste and you have to have enough to taste it in the pie-this seasoning is the secret. You might have to add extra. Once you have it to where you like it - fill the pies and top with crust. Make slits for cooking and brush with a little milk to help crusts brown. Bake for 1 hour until crust is nice and brown. Cut and serve while hot. Our favorite topping is ketchup! The extra pie once it cools wrap in aluminum foil to freeze. I like to cut it into separate slices and freeze each slice to take out and use only as much as I need.

1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple

3 tablespoons lemon juice
3⁄4 cup pecans

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into crusts. Garnish with extra pecans if you wish.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving

 Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chocolate chips and cook until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool cut into squares.

Grandma's Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce










what you neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed;

4 cups (8 slices) cubed white bread
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla


How to make iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit:



Pudding:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine bread and raisins in large bowl.
Combine milk and 1/4 cup butter in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted (4 to 7 minutes). Pour milk mixture over bread; let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in all remaining pudding ingredients.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until set in center.
Sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients except vanilla in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil (5 to 8 minutes).
Take off the heat and stir in vanilla.
To serve, spoon warm pudding into individual dessert dishes; serve with sauce. Store refrigerated

Amazing Hot Apple Dumplings Recipe !!!









what you neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed:
 2 Granny Smith apples
1 cup water
1 cup sugar; divided
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
8 canned biscuits (Pillsbury buttermilk)
4 tsp ground cinnamon













How to make it :
Preheat oven to 375(F) degrees. Peel, core and slice apples vertically into 8 slices each. Cover with cold water to keep them from getting brown while you prepare the rest of the recipe.
In a medium saucepan, mix the water, 3/4 cup of the sugar, butter and vanilla over heat and bring mixture to a boil.
Separate each biscuit in half. Wrap biscuit dough layer around a slice of apple, stretching it to slightly overlap and seal the bottom.
Place the wrapped slices sealed side down in a 9 X 13 baking pan. Pour the hot sugar mixture over the apple slices.
Mix the remaining 1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the tops of the wrapped apples. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream,
