Blow-Your-Mind Banana Pudding









Ingredients :

1 (14 ounce) cans Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 1/2 cups cold water
3 1/2 ounces instant banana pudding mix
1 pint heavy whipping cream
sliced banana
vanilla wafer

Directions :

Combine the condensed milk; water and pudding mix in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator.
Pour heavy whipping cream in a bowl and beat Until stiff.
Combine the cream and whipping your pudding mixture together.
Place a layer of Nilla Wafers on the bottom of your dish and then a layer your bananas on top of the wafer and then a spoon your creamy pudding mixture on top and continue esta process Until all of your ingredients are gone.
Refrigerate Until ready to serve.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople









Ingredients :

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust foot
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
8 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour to form a paste. Add water, white sugar and brown sugar, and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature and let simmer.
Place the bottom crust in your pan. Fill with apples, mounded slightly. Cover crust with a lattice work. Gently pour the sugar and butter liquid over the crust. Pour slowly so it does not run That off.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Continue baking for 35 to 45 minutes, until, apples are soft.

Chicken & Dressing Casserole











Ingredients :

Cornbread (about 4 C. crumbled)
4 large chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
4 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 stalk celery, diced
2 C. chicken broth
2 T. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
  "Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a 9 x 13, lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until set."
Gravy:
1/2 C. unsalted butter
1/2 C. all purpose flour
1 quart chicken stock
1/3 C. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions :

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in chicken stock. Reduce heat to low and cook and stir until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, 4-6 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Serve the casserole with gravy over the top and a big side of mashed potatoes.
