8oz tub Cool Whip 
Directions 1. Whisk together the milk, liquor, and instant pudding mix in a bowl until combined. 2. Add cool whip a little at a time with whisk. 3. Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses, disposable 'party shot' cups or 1 or 2 ounce cups with lids. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs if desired. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

3 medium tomatoes, chopped...
1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) bottle of Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon poppy seed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt


hwo to make iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit:
Cook spaghetti according to directions; rinse in cold water and drain. In a large bowl mix together spaghetti and vegetables. In a small bowl, mix together all the remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over the spaghetti mixture. Toss to coat.
Refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving. Enjoy.

eight oz. shredded Colby jack cheese
one 15.5 oz. can Chili beans
one 10 oz. can mild diced tomatoes with green chili's


how to make iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit:
Brown ground beef, drain and add in onions and sauté till tender.
Add in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine and then add the chili beans and cook to heat through. Remove from heat and in a med. size casserole dish place a layer of hand crushed Fritos, then a layer of the meat filling top that with some cheese, repeat a second time ending with a final layer of Fritos on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, remove and top with a little more cheese. Return to the oven for 5 minutes longer. Serve over shredded lettuce

16 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped (or use chips)
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter


how to make thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis:


In a small glass bowl, heat half of the chocolate in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Remove from the microwave once the chips begin to slightly melt. Use a fork to stir until smooth, using the heat of the chocolate to melt the remaining chips entirely. If needed, re-heat in 10 second intervals until smooth. DO NOT over heat the chocolate, as it will burn and seize. Line a muffin tin with cupcake papers. Spoon a small amount (about 2 teaspoons) of chocolate into the bottom of each paper. Tap the pan on your counter top to help smooth and spread the chocolate. Place the pan in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden the chocolate. Meanwhile, prepare the peanut butter. In a small bowl, beat together peanut butter, butter and confectioners sugar until smooth and fluffy. Remove the pan from the freezer, and spoon a small amount of peanut butter on to the chocolate layer. Again, tap on counter top to level and spread the peanut butter. Return the pan to the freezer and allow to harden for about 15 minutes. Repeat the first step and melt the remaining chocolate in the same manner. Spoon the top chocolate layer over the peanut butter and return to freezer.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Pecan Pie Bread Pudding without the crust









 what you neeeeeeeeed:

1 (16 oz) loaf day old French bread

2 and ½ cup milk
1 cup half & half
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, softened
1 and ½ cup packed brown sugar
1 cup pecan, chopped

 Preheat oven to 350*.
Cube bread the place in a large bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, half & half, sugar, salt, and vanilla to eggs; whisk. Pour over bread. Allow to sit 10 to 15 minutes
In another small bowl, combine with a fork, softened butter, brown sugar, and pecans. Mixture will have the consistency of wet sand.
Pour half of the bread mixture into a 8x8 inch pan.
Top with half the pecan mixture.
Spoon remaining bread mixture over and top with remaining pecan mixture. Press down into pan slightly. Pan will be really full.
Top with remaining pecan mixture.
Place pan on a cookie sheet with a edge to catch mixture that may boil over. Bake at 350* 45 to 55 minutes. Center will be slightly wiggly, but will set when cool. This recipe easily doubles for a 9x13 pan.

 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into even slices - about 5 per breast
onion powder - for seasoning chicken
3 eggs
1/4 c milk
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 c flour
2 c flour
1 Tbsp tony chacheres creole seasoning or cajun seasoning - more for seasoning chicken
1/2 - 1 Tbsp garlic powder - more for seasoning chicken
1 Tbsp salt - or can use less if preferred
oil for frying chicken

How to make iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit :

3/4 c mayonnaise
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
hot pepper sauce - a few dashes ( optional )
Combine all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
Stir until blended and chill until ready to serve.
