100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 roll puff pastry
1 lb-500g pizza dough
8 oz-200 g tomato sauce
6 oz-150 g prosciutto cotto
8 oz-200 g mozzarella
1 egg yolk
how to make iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit:
In a bowl put tomato, extravirgin olive oil, salt and pepper then stir.
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and put the mixture then prosciutto cotto and mozzarella.
Cover with puff pastry then brush with egg yolk and prick with a fork.
Bake at 200°C-400°F for 30 min.
